Control Room Officer x 2 Required (1 x Day Position & 1 x Night Position)
Site Name and Location: The Strand Shopping Centre, Bootle
Working Hours: 48 hours per week 5 days out of 7
Salary : Competitive
Job Specification: To ensure the CCTV of the centre is actively monitored, the centre is kept in a clean and safe manner which will include monitoring of alarms, ventilation systems and timely answering of the telephones and radio.

- CCTV Monitoring
- Monitoring of intruder alarms and Shop Alert Systems
- Dealing with Permits/Contractors
- Carrying out First Aid if required
- Monitoring of Fire Alarm
- Check Calls to National Operations Centre /Site Staff
- Communicate with staff and public in a professional manner over the phone/radio
- Complete statutory checks as required
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Must have experience of working in a control room
- Must hold SIA CCTV and Manned Guarding Badges
- Great Communication skills
- Basic IT skills
